Interbrand joins with the Navy…

Interbrand Inside, formerly Smythe Dorward Lambert, is working with the Royal Navy on an internal communications strategy to improve understanding of its Future Navy plan.

The Royal Navy is keen to enhance brand ‘commonality’ with the other armed services and ensure its role is ‘better understood’, says Commander Rory McNeil of the Royal Navy’s corporate communications directorate.

The Interbrand project is ‘a discrete piece of work within the wider context of the Future Navy work’, and will create a more consistent and forward-looking image for the force, he adds.

The group was appointed to the project following a three-way pitch.
