Incepta buys Su Yeang Design

Citigate Lloyd Northover parent Incepta, the international marketing and communications group, has acquired Singapore-based Su Yeang Design and its subsidiaries Orange Design and Ebrand Communications in a deal worth £13m.

“The acquisition of the Su Yeang group gives Incepta a quality operation in an area where we have been keen to expand,” says Incepta chief executive David Wright. “It [also] gives us a solid base from which to build on the start we have made in Hong Kong.”

Su Yeang and Orange specialise in brand identities; Ebrand was created to develop on-line work.
