Dutch retail project

Allen International has been appointed to make recommendations for the optimum use of retail space in the Hague central railway station and the adjacent Babylon shopping centre in The Netherlands.

There is potential to link the two buildings, owned by NS Stations and Winkel Beleggingen Nederland respectively, with a passageway containing shops, creating a combined retail space of 14 000m2.
