Havas-owned Hertfordshire group Brandsmiths has appointed former Interbrand Newell and Sorrell associate director Kate Waddell as a director of the consultancy. She joins former Interbrand consultant Paul Cowper, who moved to Brandsmiths as a director in March. Waddell has a remit to build a multidisciplinary strategic design team that will handle international projects.
