Wagstaffs logo for Paddington regeneration

A major regeneration programme launched on Monday in London’s Paddington. Identity, launch material, communication magazines and exhibitions were created by Wagstaffs Design in Bedford.

The private-sector led Paddington Regeneration Partnership covers business and residential projects and has members such as Railtrack, BAA/Heathrow Express, British Waterways, and Stakis London Metropole Hotel.

The 100m conversion of the Stakis Hotel into Europe’s biggest hotel and convention centre is one of the scheme’s initiatives, along with the regeneration of the Paddington Basin.
