Philippe Starck’s new rooftop restaurant on the 28th floor of Hong Kong’s newly completed Peninsula Hotel has opened. The restaurant, called Felix, is described as `the brasserie of the 21st century’, and has a combination of European and Asian interiors. The restaurant seats 100 people and features avant-garde tableware, also by Starck. The oyster bar transforms into a raised walkway for exhibitions. A spiral staircase leads to a wine bar, balcony, American bar and disco.
