Ballymore Properties pulls out of Battersea redevelopment

The redevelopment of London’s Battersea Power Station received a blow this week as a prospective investor, Ballymore Properties, pulled out its backing. Parkview International, which owns the site and is in discussions with a number of designers, says construction is due to start in June.
