Domus Nova identity was created in-house

I read with interest the article written by Clare Dowdy, Room for improvement (DW 3 July). It is comforting to know that I am not alone in wondering why an industry with so much scope for improvement does so little about it.

Every other industry that uses advertising in such a way as estate agents takes full advantage of the many different design and marketing facilities now on offer. It is hard to understand why only a minority of estate agents are trying to be more individual and innovative.
