To celebrate the handing over of Hong Kong to China, The Photographers Gallery is holding an exhibition of photographs by Patrick Zachmann. The French photographer captures the Chinese culture over an eight-year exploration. Until 30 August.

Or how about popping into If Not Now, When… a one-day exhibition held on 29 June. The exhibition is in two parts. Interpretation is by Carl Ison and is a series of box frames containing graphic and architectural images. The Smell of Dreams by Irene Ison focuses on women and reportage photography.
