RIBA medal for Gehry

Radical architect Frank Gehry, creator of the Guggenheim Museum in Bilbao, was awarded the Royal Gold Medal for Architecture last week by the Royal Institute of British Architects, for a lifetime’s contribution to his profession. Also honoured was Imagination founder Gary Withers, who was awarded an honorary fellowship of RIBA.
