UX designer FreeState has merged with international design practice, Hassell. The agencies have outlined plans to place more emphasis on designing visitor experiences.


Accenture has announced the acquisition of independent agency, Karmarama. The agency currently develops advertising campaigns, data-driven content and mobile platforms.

North-East based agency, Blue Kangaroo, has been appointed to work with US brand, Carroll Shelby. The agency will focus on creating a global retail guide for Shelby car dealers, to be used in dealerships internationally.


London-based branding and packaging consultancy, Parker Williams, has launched a second creative studio in Yorkshire. Its 25-strong creative team is now based in offices in Greengates, Bradford.


Numiko has been appointed to work with two new clients: The King’s Fund, an independent charity working to improve health and care in England, and Science Museum Group, which comprises four UK-based museums.
