Diana fund checks tactics

The Diana Princess of Wales Memorial Fund is discussing a review of its design and communications strategy with at least three consultancies.

The planned changes follow a programme of research and planning commissioned by the fund last year into the branding and marketing of the charity.

The consultancies believed to be pitching include Din Associates, which worked on the Diana Princess of Wales Visitor Centre at Althorp, and Lambie-Nairn. A Diana Fund spokeswoman says discussions are at an early stage, adding the fund has not yet retained any one consultancy.

The project brief will include updating and redesigning the fund’s website, developing proposals relating to merchandising, and producing annual reports and other fund literature.
