New City logo ushers in vegetable patch skyline

Peter Murray’s latest exhibit, London’s New City Architecture exhibition, open to the public until 2 July, has won widespread acclaim for its logo.

Hosted by the Corporation of London and British Land in London’s Broadgate, EC2, the show portrays how contemporary architecture has changed the metropolis.

But in true gherkin style, the marque, designed by Manha, is more provocative than evocative.

If this trend continues, London’s skyline will surely resemble a row of vegetables.
