Atelier Works has designed an employment pack for City lawyer Charles Russell, entitled Design Contracts. Launching this summer, the pack is aimed at design consultancies of all sizes, offering guidance and information on areas such as employment contracts and European Union requirements. ‘Many design consultancies are run by people with no formal business training and no in-house legal or human resources back-up,’ according to Atelier Works principal John Powner.
