Landor Associates has made a number of staff appointments at its London office. Susan Ginsburgh and Michael Rance have joined as creative senior designer and joint creative head respectively, while Ian Joslin will be production manager. Charlotte Gifford has been appointed as client director, Christian Shroeder as business development director and Jeremy Bratt and Duncan Daines as client managers.
