The Audi Design Foundation is calling for entries to its Young Designer of the Year competition to create an innovative product or improve an existing one. It is open to students aged 20 or under in their second year of A-Level design and technology courses. The winner will take away prizes including a placement at one of Audi’s worldwide design centres. The closing date is 22 February.

Entries to the Food and Beverage Awards must be in by 16 February. The categories include commercial, new media, packaging, poster design, print and radio and entrants must have had work present in the public domain from 1 April 2001 through until 31 March to qualify.
