Springpoint’s concrete mix

Two types of concrete paving from Derbyshire have new identities designed by Springpoint.

The London group won a three-way credentials pitch to design the logos for concrete products company Camas Building Materials.

The Bradstone range is for gardens. “Ivy growing across the stone shows the perfect match of stonework and nature,” says Springpoint design director Patricia Perchal, who created the concepts with designer Laurence Lassalle.

The Charcon range has to bear heavy and light loads. “Trucks drive over it, and people walk over it in stiletto heels. We used an elephant to represent a large load and a bird for a light one,” adds Perchal.
