Marketplace takes new direction

A new careers guidance shop for Scottish Enterprise Tayside has opened with interiors, identity and signage created by Marketplace Design.

New Directions in Dundee is a low-commitment, browsing environment, says consultancy interior designer Annabel Dixon. It has exciting and different interiors “to get away from the job centre image”.

The identity aims to be uncomplicated and unintimidating. It is in a red and purple block of colour with the aim of standing out among high street retail units, says Marketplace senior designer Colin Goodall.
