DJ Wayne’s talents poised to bring the house down

We knew that Wayne Hemingway was a multi-talented guy, but now we find out that he has another string to his bow. Is it possible? Yes it is. Can he kick it? Yes he can.

The designer has been invited to DJ at the Architecture Week Party at the Victoria & Albert Museum on 28 June, to add to his patronage of the event. DJ Wayne H (the H is for house) has sent us his playlist and it looks as if he has dug deep, deep, deep into his collection.

Among the hits that are bound to get the over-50s rocking are: Three steps to heaven (Showaddywaddy), Hotel California (The Eagles), Up on the roof (the Drifters) and This ole house (Shakin’ Stevens).

Will he be three-deck mixing these monster legends of pop? Who knows, but make sure you get seriously pissed before the disco starts.
