PSAG event gives Rodber food (and drink) for thought

I was at the Packaging Solutions Advice Group meeting that Philip Lawder was complaining about (DW 24 October). I have a different feeling about the event.

I was thrown together with half a dozen people on a table who I had never met before. I had half an hour to brainstorm with the team a solution to an interesting problem, in competition with maybe 15 other tables.

I was selected along with our group to make a presentation and I carried away a bottle of gin – hic.

OK, it was a bit frenetic, but Lawder should read between the lines. There were a lot of important issues debated and I personally got a lot out it and there was lots of food for thought on offer.

It was the most exciting design event I have ever been to. We really had to earn our keep. I look forward to the next meeting.
