Reichman joins Aston Martin

Aston Martin has appointed Marek Reichman (pictured) as its design director following the resignation of Henrik Fisker.

British-born Reichman studied at the Royal College of Art and worked at Rover before stints with BMW and Ford in the US and UK, where he was responsible for the new Range Rover.

Fisker resigned from Aston Martin and parent-company Ford last year to set up Fisker Coachbuild in California. Its two-seat convertible is rumoured to be launching at the Frankfurt motor show this autumn.
