Tate Modern architect and interior designer Herzog & de Meuron has collaborated with artist Michael Craig-Martin to create a 7800m2 multi-coloured façade for the Laban Centre London, a contemporary dance venue under construction in Deptford.

Tate Modern architect and interior designer Herzog & de Meuron has collaborated with artist Michael Craig-Martin to create a 7800m2 multi-coloured façade for the Laban Centre London, a contemporary dance venue under construction in Deptford. The exterior installation will change its appearance according to the time of day and the weather. The semi-reflective, semi-translucent polycarbonate structure mirrors weather conditions by day and will be lit like a beacon by night.
