Ping-pong ding dong!
Whether you’re an advocate of the penhold grip or favour the shakehand option, or like to favour the loop drive or the kill spin defence, you’re now able to deploy your table tennis skills on the streets of London as part of the Ping initiative, which has seen 100 ping-pong tables set up across the capital for the public to play on.
The Ping tables will remain in place until 22 August, and on 19 August the finest ping-pong talents in the creative industries will be taking to the tables in the Battle of the Agencies Ping Pong Championships.
Teams from Wieden & Kennedy, Yes, Interbrand, Fivefootsix, Karmarama, Exposure, The Forest and He Said She Said will be going head-to-head for the title at the tables in London’s Golden Square, Soho.
Design consultancy He Said She Said is also co-hosting the event with Ping organiser Sing London, has produced posters to promote it, and is currently working on a limited-edition poster that will be given away as a prize.
Places in the agency battle are now filled, but for any more information visit He Said She Said’s website
