NRS is seeking a consultancy to work on design and development of the service, which was established in 2002 and had nearly 3.5 million visits last year.

The new site will go live in September 2016 and it is expected that design and development will start in August 2015. The project is valued at between £2 million and £3.5 million.

The deadline for receipt of tenders or requests to participate is 20 January. For more information and to apply, visit ted.europa.eu.
