Navyblue boosts its board

Navyblue Design Group has made two board-level appointments as part of ambitious growth plans for the business.

Charbak Bhattacherjee, former creative director at advertising agency Saatchi & Saatchi, becomes group creative director for digital, while Ron Cregan, former strategy and development director at Identica, takes the role of group business development director.

The pair are charged with helping to grow the consultancy into an international branding group and their appointments follow news last week that Brian Minards will head up a new Leeds office for Navyblue.

According to consultancy founder and joint managing director Geoff Nicol, the appointments respond to the need for succession management at the business. ‘We recognise the need to put the right individuals with specific skills in place to help facilitate growth for the company,’ he says.
