The consultancy developed the brand positioning, visual identity and livery for the Dublin-based company, which will launch in September.
Strategic Fusion was appointed directly at the beginning of last year, according to the design group’s managing director Stephen Rogers. The consultancy has worked with other clients in the aerospace sector, including Britannia Airways and Aer Lingus.
Jetbird tasked Strategic Fusion with creating a brand proposition for the company, which is a pan-European on-demand private jet service. Rogers says, ‘There was a holding identity but no real core proposition.’
The consultancy undertook a research and consultation programme to define the brand. One result of this was the strapline ‘Creating time’, which will be used on advertising and marketing materials.
Rogers adds, ‘We wanted to create a very clear word-based marque rather than a visual identity. In terms of the livery, we want jetbird to stand out from other airlines through the colours used.’
