Anthem hires Cracknell to boost UK operation

Cracknell’s new role at the packaging consultancy involves managing the design teams in London and York. She will work on projects for Nestlé, Revlon, Tesco, Coors, Pepsico, Reckitt Benckiser and Kimberly-Clark.

Cracknell will report directly to UK managing director of Anthem Worldwide Barry Seal. ‘I needed someone to take charge of who we hire and who we fire, but who could also fill the most senior creative role. Apart from being an excellent designer, Alison is now growing into the world of management,’ says Seal.

Cracknell will be based at the London office, which is looking to recruit senior and other designers. There are three designers at the London studio, compared with eight in York.

‘Our key emphasis is on developing more talent for the London office, and as such we are actively recruiting senior designers,’ says Seal.
