Coley Porter Bell rebrands wind turbine firm

Wind turbine manufacturer Iskra is set to relaunch next month under a new name and identity created by Coley Porter Bell.

Iskra is looking to strengthen its market positioning globally, backed by a new identity and name – Evance.

The brand proposition behind the redesign is about ‘powering progress’ and giving energy independence to the individual, according to a spokeswoman for Coley Porter Bell, and the name Evance – an amalgamation of ‘energy’ and ‘advance’ – supports this.

The visual identity aims to communicate both the capturing of energy and its channelling into a single source, as well as its distribution from a single point to a variety of end-users.
