Up to 15 consultancies will be appointed to a framework to provide internal- and external-facing communications for Royal Mail Letters, Post Office Limited, Parcelforce Worldwide, and other RMG subsidiaries.
The framework will run for two years, with the option of a two-year extension, with an estimated value of £12m-£16m.
It will be broken down into three lots: design services with business-to-business experience; design services with financial services experience; and communication and design services.
Royal Mail says it is seeking consultancies ‘to provide thinking at a strategic level to achieve internal and external communication goals, followed by the ability to deliver strong creative which promotes RMG’s brands’.
