999 to work with Guardian News & Media

Design consultancy 999 is set to work with Guardian News & Media on a series of design projects, replacing GNM’s in-house creative department Guardian Creative.

The consultancy was appointed following a two-stage pitch to work on projects including events marketing, events advertising and sales support design and presentation work.

GNM says Guardian Creative will continue to produce promotional publications in-house, such as the ‘Guides to’ booklets and the recent ‘1000 Things to do for kids’ series.

Adam Freeman, director of consumer media at GNM, says, ‘Partnering with such a creative and innovative design consultancy as 999 will provide more flexible and responsive marketing and design services to GNM’s internal commercial and marketing teams.’

He adds, ‘Guardian Creative will continue to support these marketing teams and oversee work from a brand perspective.’
