Publicis buys SAS

Publicis has acquired corporate, design and communications consultancy SAS for an undisclosed sum.

SAS will be subsumed into the Publicis Consultants Group, alongside its three sister groups – ad agency Masius, Publicis Consultants PR and design consultancy Carré Noir London.

Under the terms of the deal, SAS managing director Jeremy Sice will take on the role of overall chief executive for the combined UK operation. He will work with the existing leadership team from Publicis’s three sister groups.
