Team changes at Lambie-Nairn

Lambie-Nairn is to reshuffle its senior creative team, following the appointment of two former Enterprise IG employees.

The consultancy has hired erstwhile Enterprise IG creative director Sophie Lutman to the new role of design director, while ex-Enterprise designer Irene Schaub joins as a senior designer.

Lambie-Nairn chief executive Christian Schroeder explains that a number of ‘significant new business wins’ with ‘big international corporate brands’ has prompted the recruitment drive.

Over the coming months, the consultancy will appoint ‘at least’ one more design director to strengthen the team.

Lutman, who starts today, will work alongside creative director Adrian Burton, who has assumed responsibility from Martin Lambie-Nairn for the day-to-day management and development of the studio, as well as overseeing key client relationships with O2 and Sainsbury’s.

Lutman brings with her experience of working with clients including BT, British Gas, Cadbury and Vodafone.

Martin Lambie-Nairn will move into an executive consultancy role within the business, working alongside Burton in developing new business and creative output.
