The consultancy has worked with illustrator Geoffrey Appleton to create a book and website that highlights Marlin Hawk’s ‘achievements’.

The Allotment had been briefed to develop a new identity that would ‘project the quality and inspirational nature of the business’.

The consultancy says, ‘Because of the confidentiality of the case studies, company names could not be used, but the stories and illustrations captured Marlin Hawk’s journey of discovery and endeavour on behalf of their clients.’

The storytelling approach is carried through to the new Marlin Hawk’s website, which The Allotment says is the first use of emotive storytelling in the recruitment sector.

For the new Marlin Hawk identity, the consultancy created a monogram identity badge, which can be used as a silver emboss on letterheads and other literature.
