‘Stylish, modern design’ is how Camra’s Louise Ashworth describes Rebellion’s award-winning bottled beers. These include a blonde, German lager-style ale; Red, a traditional bitter; and a white Belgian-style wheat beer. Its best seller, Blonde, is designed to taste like a lager when chilled and a bitter when at cellar temperature, according to Rebellion partner Tim Coombes. Recently revamped in-house by designer Greg Morahan, the beer has been on the market for 18 months.
