Nucleus has acquired on-line marketing specialist New Wave Marketing for an undisclosed sum. Under chairman Peter Matthews’ ‘buy and build’ strategy, the takeover is Nucleus’ second this year, following the acquisition of Equire in March (Design Week 25 March).
