EyeiiEye sets sights on production work

The Triangle Group has taken branding work out of EyeiiEye and refocused the consultancy as a production company.

Meanwhile, it has set up a new brand and communications consultancy, Perceptor, this week.

Perceptor is led by managing director Andrea Thompson, who headed up the design operation at EyeiiEye. She denies the split is an indication that Triangle is slimming down EyeiiEye. “Quite the opposite. We hope to be able to expand EyeiiEye’s production offering to its sister companies.

“Perceptor has been launched because over the past two years EyeiiEye had expanded its brand consultancy offer. We decided to split the two companies so they can both focus on their specialist skills,” Thompson says.

Perceptor offers brand consultancy, including corporate identity and creative services as well as strategic planning and marketing communications, onand off-line. It is staffed by 26 people, almost half of which are designers. Most of the designers have come from EyeiiEye.

Perceptor, which lists GlaxoSmithKline and St Ivel among its clients, will be housed at the Triangle Group’s head office in London’s Newman Street, alongside Triangle Communications and Storm, the group’s specialist retail consultancy.
