Moberly is mistaken for another’s identity again

When Lewis Moberly creative director Mary Lewis appeared on the front cover of Design Week (DW 21 June) readers noted her uncanny resemblance to Helen Mirren.

Now she’s involved in another case of mistaken identity. Either Lewis has had a radical makeover or Sunday Business’ Business and Pleasure magazine has fallen short on the relatively simple task of telling two completely different women apart.

A recent B&P magazine carried a ‘Mary Lewis diary’ article. However, standing in the middle of the page is not Lewis but Julia Ogilvy, managing director of upmarket jeweller Hamilton & Inches.

Lewis says that her initial response was, ‘I don’t wear those shoes’. Surprise was followed swiftly by relief – of all the short-haired blondes the mag could’ve picked – ‘that it wasn’t Ann Widdecombe’.
