Red Design creates artwork for Super Collider’s album Raw Digits

Red Design has created the artwork for experimental electronic funk pioneer Super Collider’s album Raw Digits and the single Messageacoming, which is released at the end of April. The album is due for release at the end of May on the label Rise Robot Rise.

The artwork features photography by Jason Evans. The graphic style makes allusions to a wonky electronics manual and takes its cue from the band’s notion of extracting the funk from machines, stripping them down to their raw digits and finding the soul.

Red Design also designed Super Collider’s first album Head On and the logo for Rise Robots Rise. Super Collider was formed by techno producers Christian Vogel and Jamie Lidell and, according to the website DJMixed.com, Super Collider will not be releasing any further records.
