A development scheme for Hastings Pier has been worked up by NPS. The architect commissioned Pixel Perfect in Wimbledon to create a three-minute computer-animated version of the proposals. The scheme for the Victorian pier includes a marina, bandstand, library, shops, offices and a roofed walkway linking the buildings to an arena at the end of the pier. The arena houses a cinema, ballroom, gym, shops, restaurants and a heliport.
