Design term born by WMH cake packs being killed off

Having followed, open-mouthed, the news of the controversial axing of Williams Murray Hamm’s ‘successful’ Jaffa Cakes branding (DW 23 September). I would like to suggest a new verb to enter the design dictionary; great design that has been pulled by the client for no discernible or understandable reason and against everyone’s better judgment should from henceforth be known as having been Jaffa’d.
