Reduction, from 16 August until 15 September, juxtaposes creative photography with photographic journalism in order to examine the impact of reductive processes. Photographers featured in this exhibition include Julia Fullerton-Batten and Joe Raedle.

Fourteen artists from the UK and Eastern Europe are assembling their work to present an exhibition of 3D art and craft, jewellery, sculpture and textiles. Making Moves runs until 4 September.

In Praise Of Women 2: Zimbabwean Stone Sculpture showcases work by 28 female sculptors, who have recently begun to succeed in their struggle to achieve recognition. The exhibition continues until 22 August and includes the works of award-winning artists Ennica Mukomberanwa and Locardia Ndandarika.

Venue: The Gallery @ Oxo, Oxo Tower Wharf, London SE1.

Twelve jewellers were asked to produce a single exhibition piece out of a simple silver band. The results are on show during Ring, until 31 August.

Venue: Manchester Craft & Design Centre, 17 Oak Street, Manchester M4 5JD.

Perfectly Placed brings together a group of artists who are making new works that respond to the social and physical environment of south London. The exhibition runs until 29 August.
