An exhibition of photographs, original drawings, furniture and artefacts can be seen at The Art Nouveau of Riga. The Latvian capital produced a wealth of Art Nouveau buildings around the turn of the last century. A lecture by Janis Krastins of the University of Riga will take place on 29 September.

Architecture for a Changing World features the winning buildings, parks and landscape designs of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture between 1980 and 1995. The award was established to identify and encourage building concepts that successfully address the needs and aspirations of Muslim societies. From 17 August until 15 September.
