Taking place at the Chartered Society of Designers at 7pm on 19 February is the next in the Uncut interview series. Tonight theatre set designer Tim Hatley talks to Design Week editor Lynda Relph-Knight. Hatley has worked for Rambert Dance and the English National Opera, producing not only the sets but the props and costumes for the productions.

While the RIBA on the 20 February at 6.30pm plays host to an International Society of Typographic designers lecture. Introduced by 8vo is the talk New Alphabet, New Agenda in which typographer Wim Crouwel will talk about his life and works. Entry is by ticket only.
