The Welsh Assembly has launched its Design Wales/ Dyluni Cymru initiative, building upon the work of the Welsh Design Advisory Service. Its activities will include provision of five design advisors who will visit individual companies and a policy advisor to develop design strategy for Wales, provided by the University of Wales Institute under a five-year contract.
This year’s results follows a downward trend in popularity for creative subjects both at schools and universities.
