The Tooth, Philippe Starck’s ‘biomorphic’ dual-purpose seating and table design, previously seen only at the Ian Schrager-owned St Martin’s Lane Hotel in London, becomes commercially available later this month. Starck designed the piece as part of his overall interiors scheme for the hotel, but now Paris-based manufacturer XO has put the design into production. The Tooth goes on sale at the Viaduct store in London, EC1.
