As predicted in Design Week last month, WPP Group bought The Brand Union last week in a multi-million pound deal.

City analysts believe the acquisition, which sees Lambie-Nairn and Tutssels added to WPP’s list of design groups, could be worth as much as £25m. The third member of The Brand Union is commercials production company The Clinic.
