Edmondson says, ‘I’ve collected issues of the international graphic art magazine Idea for many years. Now edited by Kiyonori Muroga, Idea has focused on the way in which the magazine is produced – eight different paper stocks, a mixture of litho and screen print and countless colours per issue. This must be a publisher’s nightmare [blowing the print budget], but these publications are highly collectable items.’
