Hadid in Peyton’s plan

Spurned Cardiff Bay Opera House architect Zaha Hadid may design restaurateur Oliver Peyton’s next restaurant.

Peyton has applied for planning permission for a site in London’s Knightsbridge. He is known to have talked to Hadid.

Peyton’s three restaurants, including the recently opened Mash in Manchester, were designed by Marc Newson, who is to design a Mash in London this year. Graphics for both projects will be by Mark Farrow.
