Design’s heavyweights will take the witness stand next week when Addison challenges Wolff Olins’ use of a goldfish in its identity for the British Gas Goldfish service. Allegedly similar to Addison’s own image by Michael Wolff, the goldfish has spawned a test case on design plagiarism, set to run at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Strand, London WC2 from 10.30am on Monday, 20 January, for five to seven days.
