International design and publishing company Citigate Communications Group, part of Incepta, is planning to widen its US offering by opening a four-strong New York office in June. The group has existing bases in San Francisco and Los Angeles, London, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Africa and Frankfurt, and is looking to capitalise on existing Citigate clients in New York.
